1. Do I have to sign up for a new account to order?
No. Simply click on a product, add it to your cart and checkout. You can also checkout as a guest, but we recommend that you create an account so that your pet’s information is stored in our system if you are buying an item that requires prescription verification.
2. How do I order from PetMedMart?
Simply start by going on our website and browse by category for the item you are looking for, or simply search for what you need on our product pages and find the item you are looking for. If the product requires a prescription, then enter the valid information of your pet and veterinarian and checkout from there! You can also place an order by calling us at 702-457-2100.
3. How do I order my pet’s prescription (Rx) medications?
It’s simple! Just select the prescription item, and proceed to checkout. As a licensed pharmacy, we can only dispense prescription medications (e.g., Heartgard Plus, Revolution, Sentinel, Rimadyl) with authorization from your pet’s veterinarian. You will be asked to provide your veterinarian’s contact information for verification purposes. If you prefer, you may mail your pet’s prescription to us at:

Most customers receive their order within a few days. Orders with prescription medication may take 5 – 7 days, depending on how quickly your veterinarian gives us authorization.
4. Will I need to provide my pet’s medical information?
We are required by law to know your pet’s medical issues, weight, breed, and age as it is necessary to ensure safety in dispensing prescription medications for your pet. For some over-the-counter (non-prescription) items we might need to know your pet’s weight and type to make sure your pet receives the right product. But the more we know about your pet, the better we can suggest the right products to meet your pet’s needs, so we encourage you to supply us with all of your pet’s medical information.
5. Does PetMedMart offer a product guarantee?
Yes. All of our products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will do whatever it takes and even refund your money without question, if:
- Your pet didn’t like it
- You changed your mind about your purchase
